こんにちは!
私はミンです。
Today, I introduce a new delicious Thai food that I had in lunch.
Its Thai name is "Yum Khanom Chin", included rice noodles, fish sauce, a lot of vegetable and onething strange that I dont know its name, might be fish dried fish powder.

The shop owner mixed khanom chin with sauce before and she sprinkled it with fish powder on the top. There are two type of sauce made from fermented fish, one is normal for everyone and the other is more smell. I chose the more smell sauce because it's similar to vietnamese sauce. You can see in the picture above, we also have a bag of vegetables. I really like eat Thai food with vegetables to balance the taste, between spicy and fresh.

For me, I will tear vegetables into smaller and mix them with the "khanom chin", you can try the other way. But I think this way can make vegetables full of sauce and more tasty. A little notice here, the dish is spicy following Thai style, so if you can not eat spicy, just ask the cook for adjusting.

Today, I move to new appartment, called "Golden On Nut", 6km far away from office. It's located near On Nut BTS station, next to two big supermarket : Big C and Tesco Lotus, very convenient to go shopping.
Here is the map:
Now, I'm at "temporary" room, it has a balcony, the air here I think it's quite fresh and less noisy than in the Bangkok center, seems like to my house at Ho Chi Minh City. There are a lot of trees here.

After a long day of taking big lungage and my bicyle, my arms seem a little bit pain, so I found this gel very useful for hurt reduction, "Siang Pure" gel. Some Thai gels are very good ! You can find this in 7-eleven
