Good evening !
When in Thailand, there is one of a lot of difference that I prefer that's daily walking. Vietnamese people often excuse for not doing this due to hot weather, but it's quite hot too in Bangkok, the main reason is having proper motorbike for moving.
Back to my daily walking, for a long time, I've never walked too much like that, the last time was in France. This is my average steps, near 6000 steps/day, good for health

But, in the weekend, the highest is 26000 steps, too many such as my blog name "Wandering around Saigon", so now I should change it into "Wandering in BANGKOK" ^^

I went to Thailand for 6 months training trip today.
A new journey has just started.

The first Thai meal in flight that I tasted, which included spagetti in Thai style and cupcake. They are delicious!

The staffs in C-point Thailand are very warmly and amicable.
I have to go to buy some items for "alive" tonight T_T.
Morning, a good time for working and ... memory.
Now in France, a new grape harvest season has just started, people launched to pick grapes in vineyards in order to make wine. A lot of people intended to this harvest, they pass all day in vineyard, work hard and try their best to collect as soon as possible. Grape production this year is very low due to hail, ice. It's such a bad news.
A year ago, I participated to grape season in the local where I live. It's a part time job for student to have an income in order to cover tuition fees.
That was a difficult time, the first time I worked as farmer and did a part time for money. "Hard", "terrible", "fatigue" are three words that I can describe about the work. Definitely, I received a lot of complaints and abuses. "I did not well, not successfully", I thought. However, I still tried until the end of the season, 7 days continuously. After all, despite of "unsuccessful work", I earned lots of experiences invaluable:
- Promise and prestige: 7 days hard working without absence as I registered.
- In order to achieve a success in work, I have to change my mind and work professionally, seriously with a clear target and good preparation.
- Working as a team lets us go further.
By passing through hard times, I have a lot of new friends, experiences and recognize valuable thing in our life that I had never paid attention to : the beauty of natural life.

I'm learning japanese everyday. I started with hiragana alphabet. It's quite difficult for me to remember all the symbol.
To take it easier, I found one application on Itune called "Japanese!!", very interesting.

There is also a table of alphabet to review all hiragana symbols with standard pronunciation

And this is the best part that I prefer, pratice what I learned with a minigame. One romaji word will appear on top and I must choose symbol alphabet which matches with the romaji word. Every minigame has 90 second and you have to score as many as you can. Long streak without error will give you a bonus point. My best score is over 450000 and I will continue to improve \(^o^)/

There are also learning Katakana and Kanji part, but I will try later.
"How do you go to work?". All most of Vietnamese people will reply "by motor bike". As you can see in Saigon street, motor bikes appears everywhere, because of its convenience in a small route.
For me, I decided to take a bus to work because of avoiding traffic jams..."speciaty of Saigon morning" (>_<)
I take bus line 36. It depart from district 12 to Ben Thanh market. Here is a map for bus line 36:

Point 1 : Depart station at District 12
Point 2 : My home at District Go Vap
Point 3 : Nearest bus stop to Cpoint Vietnam , called "Guan Yu Pagoda" or "Chua Ong" in Vietnamese.
Point 4 : Arrival station - "23 September Park" or "Cong vien 23 thang 9" in Vietnamese.
It takes about 1 hour to go by bus if there is no BIG TRAFIC JAMS ٩(◕‿◕。)۶ and the price for one-way ticket is 6.000 VND ~ 29 JPY. We can buy also ticket wallet include 30 one-way tickets using in 1 year at bus station to save our budget.
Here is a bus line 36, the bus with a coat of green paint :

There are some construction sites in District 1 to build metro system for Ho Chi Minh City, it's a cooperation between Japan and Vietnam. Thus, I have to get off far away from Company, walking and enjoy morning in Saigon on the way to office.

It took a lot of time for the first time, because I have not learned Japanese yet but everything around me is in Japanese. It's quite hard but I will try my best to improve myself everyday.

View from my desk
Now, plan for tonight, I will go to Milk-tea store near my friend's home and I will introduce you guys <3
