[タイ料理] Steamed Thai fish curry custard

Today, I will have dinner with surprising Thai dish. I say it's a surprise because I thought that was a dessert for lunch when buying it, but I was wrong. Thus, I had a dish to eat with rice tonight.
Its name in Thai is Hor Mok, steamed Thai fish curry custard. It included :
- filet of catfish or tilapia
- egg
- red curry paste
- coconut milk
- Thai basil and lime leaves
- banana leaves for wrapper

It tastes little bit greasy of coconut, but also crunchy of fish and curry custard. There is no spicy so don't worry about it :D
