[Life in Bangkok] Vietnamese food homemade

On this day year ago, King Rama IV passed away, so today is the national holiday in Thai. Almost of entertainment places, supermarket, central plaza or office are closed to commemorate The Last King.
I stay at home, self learning some mathematics and cook some vietnamese food :D For a long time, I really miss vietnamese food, especially "banh mi thit" bread with ham and jambon, but it's quite hard to find these ingredients here. So I cook some vegetable dishes, just a common dish for daily dinner of vietnamese family.
First, this is vietnamese boiled vegetables with condensed fish sauce, very delicious and make me eat with a lot of rice. This dish I made someday ago, very popular in Vietnam, eat in dinner or it can be eat as snack in beer restaurant.
Its included different kinds of vegetable that you want, just boil them and make condensed fish sauce by cook it with sugar and some pork skin.
Next, today I cook just vietnamese tomato soup with egg, sometime I need to fresh and clean, don't eat too much :D
This soup is very simple to make, just contains tomato which I stir-fried 2 minutes with onion, then pourring water, put egg and stir ulti the soup boiling, add some sugar and salt for taste, quite fresh and good for clean dinner
