[Little thing in Bangkok] Japanese can opener tool

I have just went to the Lotus supermarket to buy some tools necessairy. I need a can opener for condensed milk can. After 1 hour walking around the supermarket, I found this tool, seems very useful and quite cheap, it's in "60 baht items" list.
I can not read japanese tutorial now, so just guess and try, and then I found the rule to open it, very very useful, it doesn't need to have power or pressure.
Clap the tool to the edge of can, and just twist to turn the screw on the right side, and the tool will automatically chisel and move.
