[Little thing in Bangkok] Wet weather but clean floor

I have just returned home after working day. Today is friday, a lot of people was waiting in queue to get on BTS, huge of people, it was quite noisy. The weather has a few rain, a little bit difficult to go dinner. It's a rain season in Bangkok, the weather makes us uncomfortable due to its wet, but if you take a glance to public places in Bangkok, you will find that they seem very clean, without puddle. It's different from Vietnam, puddles everywhere in routes.
After a few minutes of thinking, I found the reason

Thanks to "free bag", people can put their umbrella inside, the floor had never got wet. It's such a good service for people, not only citizen, but also visitor. Moreover, it makes a good habit for everyone to keep public place clean. But, if the bags could be made from the other material, not nylon, it would be better for the environment.
