In Thailand, there is one kind of dessert or snack called Khanom Bueang. It's made from rice flour, folding egg. The first time is in MBK Center with Itta-san, but I didn't know exactly its name, today is the second time, one collegue bought it for everyone :D

The brown dough is made by rice and green bean flour, mixed with sugar, cooked on hot pan. The white is folding egg and some "green and yellow fibres" are "Foy Thong", one kind of Thai dessert, made from egg yolk boiled in sugar syrup. Generally, khanom bueang is quite sweet and yummy ! You should try it once time when in Thailand :D
