[タイ料理] Lunch with bizzard Thai fried noodles
This is a dish I took for lunch today. I look forward to try some kinds of traditional Thai food, but this is the second times Thai collegues told me "What kind of food do you eat? We have never tried it before". T_T
So, this lunch, I tried one dish, maybe it is similar to Pad Thai, but used other type of noodle, unnamed in Thai :(
It taste sweet and delicious. I think noodles were fried with coconut milk :D There were also fried eggs, sliced tofu and dried shrimp for topping, it's yummy. But I'm still wanna try real Pad Thai. About the price, it seems higher with 40 baht. Coconut is very popolar in Thailand, so in this morning, I tried also coconut milk UHT ...........Perfect ! You can buy it in 7/11 or any supermarket :D
