[Terminal 21 Food] Kuay Teow Tom Yum with pork ball and boiled egg
Good evening (night :D) !
I'm writting this blog at night, after finishing to process some images.
Today, I ate Kuay Teow Tom Yum Luk Moo for dinner. Exactly, Tom Yum soup, famous dish in Thailand. I heard about it many times but this is the first time that I try.
Menu has various dishes, but it's only Tom Yum soup and noodles. The toppings might be pork ball, fish, sausages, egg, etc. I chose pork ball because I love it, and it's really delicious in Thai cooking style.
Focusing on Tom Yum soup, it has a red color by chili, also hot and spicy but it's ok for me. I'm a spicy addict. Beside of these taste, you can feel slightly sweet and sour. I think their made by coconut and of courses there are some lemon leaf and citronnella which make the sour. It's so delicious ! おいし ！ Only 35 baht for this bowl. Good food ! Good price ! I want to eat more :(
I'm not sure about ingredient and recipe to make Tom Yum. Thus, I think I will try again in one of the best restaurant, "P'Aor Tom Yum Goong", via tripadvisor this weekend and write another blog to introduce clearly.
